Participant data and Market Research
Participant Data includes any and all information you provide us with during the course of any market research study. Generally this will be in the form of answers to a market research questionnaire. We provide this information to end Clients in an edited and user-friendly format, so as to provide them with actionable data or insights for their projects.
We process market research and only send this to end Clients on an anonymised basis unless you give your express consent for your personal details to be passed on to them. We may share your anonymised data with our research partners purely for market research purposes.
Either of the above forms of data may include information which was communicated electronically, in writing, in a meeting or on the phone.

The data we hold may include any business or other confidential information provided by you or your agencies, on calls, in person or online, when commissioning or considering commissioning CandidRecruits Ltd to undertake market research on your behalf.
We use your data to manage our relationship with you, to manage the contracted work, to manage payment and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

For this reason, we reserve the right at all times to retain relevant information required to ensure that we meet this commitment, particularly in relation to records of previous attendance at market research.
